Ultra Marine Equipment is a company made up of dedicated boat enthusiasts that want to bring the best products possible to market. As a committed company we are constantly seeking new innovative products that require a route to market in the best possible way. We look to ensure that each product arrives with you in the best condition, at the best price and with no hidden carriage charges. All our products are sold including carriage to mainland UK a small surcharge will apply to highlands & islands.

Our commitment to the customer is to have the right products in stock when they are needed; we do this by ensuring that we maintain a high stock level wherever possible.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to despatch goods that are in stock within 2 working days on a 24 hour carrier service to mainland UK at no charge. All orders from Highlands & islands will carry a £6.00 surcharge. Items that are not immediately available will be communicated to you with a due date and you will be given the ability to accept this or cancel the order.

Privacy & Security

Ultra Marine Equipment understand the importance of privacy and security and this is why we use Paypal as the best and most secure method of payment. You do not require a Paypal account to process a payment through their system but it does ensure the best online payment security.

As a company we promise not to distribute or sell you contact details to a third party and will only use your contact details if we need to contact to regarding your order.

Returns & Replacements

Standard Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days of receipt. Please check the condition of goods on arrival - we are unable to accept goods damaged during shipping after 14 days. Returned goods must be packaged securely, with all original packaging undamaged, unused and in a saleable condition. If you would like to return goods because they were ordered incorrectly, return postage will be at your expense.

Faulty Goods

If you receive your goods and believe them to be faulty, please contact us straight away with a brief description of the problem. We will then decide on how best to process this and will arrange for the goods to be collected from you, once received back we will look to replace or credit you once we have confirmed the fault.


Ordering through Ultra Marine Equipment is easy, juts find the item (s) you require and add them to your cart. Once you have completed you cart you can proceed to checkout. You can either register to make it easier for future orders or checkout as a guest. Fill in the required information fields and then you will get an email confirmation of the order and provided the goods are in stock you will receive them within 3 working days.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The prices shown will be charged out including VAT at the current rate. Carriage is included in the price for mainland UK orders. If we have made a mistake on a price we will notify you of this before we despatch the goods. In these situations you have the right to continue with the order or cancel the order.

We reserve the right to amend prices without notification unless you have placed an order for that item.
